The room was spacious and clean, which pleasantly surprised us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep. While the bathroom was generally nice, we noticed some hair left in the tub. The mini fridge and microwave were in order, and the lighting around the sink area was exceptional—better than most places. The temperature in the room was fixed at 68, which felt a bit chilly for lounging. Noise levels were low, adding to the relaxation vibe. The hot tub, though a bit too cool for our liking, was a nice addition to the stay.

We were in the wrong room, which meant non-working keys and cold breakfasts. It was frustrating dealing with issues that could’ve been avoided if they’d just kept their assignments straight.

we had booked for 5 persons, fifth bed was a folding couch, had to be set up by ourselves. lighting in the room was almost unsuitable for reading, something more would be useful here.

The view of the lights was a delightful touch, and the location made it easy to explore food and attractions. Beds felt harder than expected, leading to some discomfort despite the spacious room. The hot tub was a bit underwhelming, needing a good clean and better temperature. Breakfast offered variety, but most items were subpar and lacked healthy options, causing us to seek meals elsewhere. the staff's friendliness added warmth, but outdated carpets and some noise from above made this stay a mixed bag. Good value for the price, yet room for improvement remains.

The area was great for the places we were going to visit. The children enjoyed the pools and game room. We also made use of and enjoyed the breakfast items.

Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were friendly, but a few others could benefit from a smile. Acknowledgment matters in service. the cleanliness of my room was a significant issue. The sheets were yellowed, the carpet stained, and the refrigerator unkempt. I found toenail clippings on the floor and mold in the bathroom. This lack of attention to detail is disappointing. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was adequate but could be improved, especially the biscuits. In summary, I expected a better experience given the potential. Improvement is necessary for cleanliness and service quality. Until then, I recommend caution to prospective guests.

The Island is a blast! I felt like a kid again at the arcade and enjoyed watching candy being made. Big Daddy's Pizzeria satisfied my pizza craving perfectly. And Dollywood's Thunderhead roller coaster? Thrilling!
